I rely on the city bus to get me to work on time. Yet three out of five days this week I was late to work due to Bus 8 on Route 12 arriving more than 20 minutes late.
A public transportation system has a schedule for a reason. I know that unavoidable delays can happen, but Bus 8 is late more often than not. I cannot afford to be late to work (I could get fired), and I certainly cannot afford a taxi or rideshare every day. I pay taxes toward the city bus service; please fix it.
