As a representative of the HOA board, it is my duty to inform you that your yard is out of compliance with our community standards. The grass has grown beyond 5 inches. If you'll refer to the Community Rules and Regulations, you will see that the maximum allowed grass height is 3.5 inches.
If the grass is not cut within three days, a $50 fine will be assessed.
