This complaint letter is addressed to an auto shop for going weeks without providing parts for a repair.

Waiting five weeks for parts is unacceptable. Before I purchased the car from your dealership, I mentioned that I'd heard that parts for this make and model aren't always kept on hand. Your salesperson, Dory, assured me that it would not be difficult to obtain any needed parts in a timely manner.
When I brought my car in for minor warranty work, I was shocked to learn that it would take well over a month for the replacement parts to arrive. This is even more egregious due to the fact that I had previously expressed concern about this very issue.
Please source these parts via another supplier. I cannot be this long without my vehicle.
