Stores that will not allow returns of unused items are the target of this printable complaint letter.
I have never heard of a store that will not exchange full-price, unused, tagged shoes. This really takes the cake.
Not only did your clerk assure me that returns were allowed on unworn shoes, he suggested that I wear them inside for a couple of days just in case. I followed this advice and ultimately determined that the shoes are not a good fit for me. Imagine my surprise when my return was denied.
I am not asking for my money back; store credit would be fine. If you'd like to keep me as a customer, please make this right. I have not yet posted negatively on social media.
