I had a pleasant stay at your ABC Chain Hotel April 3-5. As a longtime member of Chain Hotel's Rewards Program, I am familiar with its many generous benefits. Because of this, I immediately noticed that the Rewards Points weren't correctly applied following my most-recent visit. I should have earned 1,500 Points but instead only 500 Points were applied. My account number is 1234567.
Please correct my Points balance and send confirmation that my earned Points have been posted properly to my account. As this miscalculation has cost me some time and energy, I would appreciate compensation in the form of additional Points, a food credit, or other good-will gesture.
